How and when to apply for booth space for 2016 SOFIC? 

TIER 4 includes all corporate members companies who exhibited in SOFIC in 2011,2012,2013,2014,2015 and this list is not posted because companies have until the end of August to join NDIA and be included in TIER 4.

How do I sign up for Exhibit Space for 2016 SOFIC?

How much will Exhibit Space Cost? 

NDIA Corporate Member Rate*: $27.00 / sq. ft. Note: Corporate Member dues must be current to be able to receive the member rate. *Rate also applies to bona-fide U.S. government agencies and academic institutions. 

Non-Corporate Member Rate: $34.00/ sq. ft.  

Is there a Corporate Membership discount on booth space? 

Yes, to qualify for the Corporate Member rate for booth space, a $700 savings per 10x10 booth, your company must join NDIA as a Corporate Member first. For more information on joining contact Ms. EricaUtegaard, eutegaard@ndia.org phone 703-247-2549  

Is my company a Corporate Member with NDIA? 

To see current list of NDIA Corporate Members CLICK HERE.  If your company name is not on this list, then you are not a corporate member, but you are welcome to join.

What does the booth include? 

All networking social functions inside the exhibit hall

Carpet, 6' Table, 2 Chairs, Wastebasket with each 10x10 booth up to 300 sq. ft.  

Two complimentary full registrations for exhibit personnel, per 10' x 10' . 

Company profile online, including press releases and logos. 

24 hour security. 

Fabric back and side walls and 7" x 44" ID sign.  

No extra fees for corner or island booths.

Your booth does not include electric power but can be ordered from the TCC.

Tier 1 and Tier 2 are complete and Tier 3 is open until August 25th. Tier 4 will be compiled after the link closes 

on August 31st.
